Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases of Digital Guard packs from AZ DIGITAL LABS LTD (company number 17549971, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom; email info@digital-guard.co.uk).

1. The product

Each pack gives you the ready-to-use Digital Guard installer for Windows, access to new versions, signature updates and email support for the period and number of PCs shown at checkout. No licence key is needed. When the period ends the software keeps working and updating its signatures; only new versions and email support stop.

2. Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total you pay, with no delivery charge. Where VAT applies it is included in the price. Payment is taken by our payment provider on its own secure page. We never see or store your card details.

3. How the contract is formed

When you press the payment button you place an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email after receiving your payment.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital. A personal download link is shown on screen and emailed to you straight after payment. It is valid for 7 days; contact us for a new one.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content this right ends once the download begins, if you have expressly asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel. We ask you to confirm this before you pay. If you have not started the download, you may cancel within 14 days of the order by emailing info@digital-guard.co.uk, and we will refund you within 14 days.

6. Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose and as described. If it is faulty you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not work, a price reduction or refund. These rights are not affected by anything in these terms.

7. Use of the software

You may use Digital Guard on the number of PCs included in your pack. Please also read the Website terms.

8. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at info@digital-guard.co.uk. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also use your local courts.
