Website terms
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. Who we are
This website and the Digital Guard software are provided by AZ DIGITAL LABS LTD, company number 17549971, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”).
2. Using the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or scrape it in a way that harms its operation.
3. The software
Digital Guard is provided for use on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) on the number of PCs stated in your pack. Digital Guard is a security tool that helps detect known and suspicious files. No security product can detect every threat, and heuristics can flag safe files. You remain responsible for your backups and for decisions to restore or delete quarantined files. Digital Guard does not claim to replace other protection you already use.
4. Intellectual property
The Digital Guard name, logo and website content belong to us or our licensors. Components of the software supplied by third parties, including the ClamAV engine, remain subject to their own licence terms.
5. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses if you use the software for business purposes.
6. Links and changes
We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to. We may update these terms and the website at any time; the date above shows the latest version.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
